Study scheme (example)
An example of a possible study scheme of an ABS student is shown in the figure below. In this example the student would start the master programme studies in Helsinki in 2006, participating in the atmospheric sciences line of study. In this scheme the two-year studies involve participation in four intensive courses, and a total stay of one and a half semester abroad.
The colour codes:
- Green: introductory courses
- Yellow: advanced courses
- Red: studies in the master's thesis phase
- Blue: studies in Finland
- Magenta: studies in Sweden and Denmark
