We will arrange a one-day seminar on trace gas analysis techniques on June 6th (B123 Exactum). We will focus on two methods: optical frequency comb spectroscopy (morning session) and proton transfer reaction time-of-flight mass spectrometry (afternoon session). A distinguished set of speakers is set to feature, both from the academic world and instrument manufacturers. Invited speakers include: Dr. Ronald Holzwarth (Menlo Systems), Prof. Florian Schmidt (Umeå University), Prof. Konstantin Vodopyanov (University of Central Florida), Dr. Philipp Sulzer (Ionicon), Prof. Chris Mayhew (Leopold-Franzens-Universität, Innsbruck) and Dr. Simon Schallhart (Finnish Meteorological Institute).
More information and a registration link can be found on the seminar web-page: https://wiki.helsinki.fi/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=257594127. Registration is free and includes lunch and coffee breaks. Deadline for registrations is May 31st and the number of participants is limited (places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis).
