Iridescent clouds over Kuopio, Finland, some time in the latter half of 80's. With sun glasses they looked a lot better, but this is not a bad picture of them after all. Perhaps with a Fuji film the colours would have been even better. I haven't manipulated the colours much after scanning, so this is very much what they looked for the naked eye. The clouds are cirrocumuli which give, I think, very good iridescent clouds. This photo was taken in the summer, as can be seen from the leaves in the trees.
