Noctilucent clouds "over" Helsinki, Finland, in July 1999. Midnight on the shore line, warm summer breeze, twilight, noctilucent clouds on a horizon, silence (in a city; dream on)... It can't get much better that this. Well, these aren't exactly the brightest or the best of NLC's I've seen or photographed, but as a whole the photo is definitely one of the nicest.
