The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 10 December 2024. The CLUVEX Partners representatives (14 persons in total) attended the meeting. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in November 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main focus of this monthly meeting was on (i) planning tasks and activities for the Mid-Term Reporting to EC (Dec 2024\/ Jan 2025) and (ii) planning preparatory steps for the 2nd Virtual Exchange (VE) Week for students scheduled for 12-16 May 2025. The updated Call for moderators and the updated Call for students will be open soon. It will follow the same steps as it was done for the 1st VE Week. In addition, 3 online trainings \u201dModerators-get-together\u201d will take place in March-April 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As usually, it also included a brief reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
