The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 6 May 2025. The CLUVEX Partners representatives (14 persons in total, including 1 member of the Student Advisory Board, SAB) attended the meeting. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in April 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Call-for-moderators was closed on 15th<\/sup> Mar 2025. In total, about 90 – pre-registered & 39 moderators registered at the DigiCampus and confirmed their participation in the 2nd<\/sup> Virtual Exchange (VE) Week (12-16 May 2025). The trainings for \u201cModerators-Get-Together\u201d took place online 3 times in zoom (on 26 Mar, 9 & 30 Apr 2025) and were successfully completed. The tutorial for hosts to moderate\/lead the VE week took place on 28th<\/sup> Apr 2025. The Call-for-Students was closed on 1st<\/sup> May 2025. In total, more than 520 students pre-registered through the e-form & 325 students registered at the DigiCampus. The CLUVEX Mid-Term Hybrid Meeting will take place during 22-23 May 2025, and necessary preparatory steps are taken for developing the meeting agenda and list of invited participants (e.g., CLUVEX Partners\/ Universities, members of the Expert and Student Advisory Boards). The work on peer-reviewed papers is in progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As usually, it also included a brief reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next online monthly meeting is scheduled on 13 June 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
