The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 31 October 2025. The CLUVEX Partners representatives (15 persons including 1 SAB member) attended the meeting. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in September 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This meeting focused on outcomes and summaries of the completed 3rd VE Week (6-10 October 2025). In brief, so far, the number of registered students in the DigiCampus for the 3rd VE Week was more than 330 persons, the number of students certificates \u2013 170, the number of students\u2019 submitted reports \u2013 140, the number of students who got credits via Open University \u2013 100; the number of moderators\u2019 certificates \u2013 33. Detailed information about the 3rd<\/sup> VE Week was disseminated (day by day) through the CLUVEX newsline<\/a>, PEEX community<\/a>, the CLUVEX Partners\u2019 websites and other communication channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The promotion\/ dissemination of the next the 4th<\/sup> VE Week for students (23-27 February 2026) has been started. The Call-for-Moderators<\/a> and the Call-for-Students<\/a> were opened on 27 October and 3 November 2025, respectively. Moderators will go through 3 online trainings to be organised in zoom – TR1: 10 Dec 2025 \u2013 Intro. to CLUVEX project, day-by-day programme, DigiCampus; TR2: 5 Feb 2026 \u2013 Intro. to Climate Horizon exercise, web-based tools for climate data analysis; and TR3: 11 Feb 2026 \u2013 Orientation for the 4th VE Week, questions\/ answers – as well as by self-education\/learning to learn about all necessary materials in the DigiCampus area for moderators. The training for hosts of the VE Week will take place on 29 Jan 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The CLUVEX project continues to upscale the VE Week as a course by opening\/ inviting participants from outside the CLUVEX Partner universities.
