The CLUVEX Partners representatives (16 persons including 2 SAB member) attended the meeting. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atm.helsinki.fi\/cluvex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Announcement_Spring_2026_4th_VEWeek-for-moderators.pdf\">Call-for-Moderators<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atm.helsinki.fi\/cluvex\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Announcement_Spring_2026_4th_VEWeek-for-students.pdf\">Call-for-Students<\/a> were opened on 27 October and 3 November 2025, respectively. The Call-for-moderators was closed on 8 December (in total 84 persons pre-registered in the DigiCampus for moderators), and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atm.helsinki.fi\/cluvex\/?p=1643\">1<sup>st<\/sup> training for moderators<\/a> took place online on 10 December (40 persons attended incl. 9 new moderators). Two more trainings will follow: on 5 and 11 February 2026. The training for hosts of the upcoming VE Week will take place on 29 Jan 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So far, 86 students pre-registered in the DigiCampus area for students, and the deadline is 15 February 2026. Announcements about the 4<sup>th<\/sup> VE Week for students were disseminated through the CLUVEX website newsline, the Partners\u2019 websites, the PEEX, WMO Global Campus, and other institutional and collaborative networks and communication channels. The CLUVEX project continues to upscale the VE Week as a course by opening\/ inviting participants from outside the CLUVEX Partner universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As usually, it also included a brief reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions. The Deliverable 4.2 \/public report\/ on \u201c<em>Participation of CLUVEX partner universities\u2019 students to VE &amp; Climate University course<\/em>\u201d was prepared and to be submitted to EU by December 2025. The Deliverable 5.2. \/public report\/ on \u201c<em>Sustainability strategy<\/em>\u201d (to be reported to EU by March 2026) is in preparation.
