The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 20 March 2026. The CLUVEX Partners representatives (16 persons) attended the meeting. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in February 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This meeting summarised results of the 4th<\/sup> Virtual Exchange Week (VE Week) which took place online during 23-27 February 2026. A brief summary is the following: number of pre-registered students in DigiCampus is 427; confirmed moderators \u2013 37; number of fully registered in DigiCampus both students and moderators \u2013 269; students certificates downloaded \u2013 98; moderators certificates sent \u2013 30; students\u2019 study reports submitted \u2013 70; and moderators study reports submitted \u2013 19. Note that reports have not been yet accessed and certificates have not been issued. Summaries of day-by-day work programme of this VE Week for students are also publicly disseminated in the CLUVEX newsline as well as disseminated through the PEEX Blog at:  https:\/\/peexhq.home.blog\/2026\/03\/02\/sumup-about-4th-cluvex-virtual-exchange-week<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The preparations for the 5th<\/sup> VE Week (20-24 April 2026) have started. The Call-for-Moderators<\/a> was opened on 9 March<\/a> (deadline is 27 March). The  Call-for-Students<\/a> was opened on 16 March<\/a> (deadline is 10 April). The 3 online trainings for \u201cModerators-Get-Together\u201d will take place on 30 March, 8 April, and 13 April. The training-for-hosts will take place on 10 April. New hosts for the last VE Week are Anton Syvenko (from TSNUK, Ukraine) and Rima Sargsyan (from YSU, Armenia). The programme for the 5th<\/sup> VE Week was finalised, and publicly available since 2 March<\/a> as well as in the Calls for students and for moderators. Announcements about the 5th<\/sup> VE Week for students were actively disseminated through the CLUVEX website newsline, the Partners\u2019 websites, the PEEX, WMO Global Campus, and other institutional and collaborative networks and communication channels. The CLUVEX project continues to upscale the VE Week as a course by opening\/ inviting participants from outside the CLUVEX Partner universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As usually, it also included a brief reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions. The Deliverable 5.2 on \u201cSustainability strategy<\/em>\u201d (by March 2026) is in progress and finalization. The remaining deliverables – Deliverable 4.3 on \u201cCLUVEX best VE practices<\/em>\u201d as well as the Deliverable 5.1 on \u201cDissemination strategy<\/em>\u201d \u2013 are in progress (with deadline by June 2026). Moreover, work on the CLUVEX related peer-reviewed papers has been continued. The CLUVEX project final e-meeting is planned for beginning of June 2026, and preparatory steps started with outlining programme including overview of the project and lessons learnt, project partners\u2019 perspective and feedback, participants perspectives and moderators and students, etc. The CLUVEX project EU Officer will be invited as well as the final meeting is open to moderators and students of the 1st<\/sup> \u2013 5th<\/sup> CLUVEX VE Weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next online monthly meeting is scheduled on 7 May 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
