Representatives from CLUVEX Partners\/ Universities: from Finland \u2013 University of Helsinki (UH), from Denmark \u2013 University of Copenhagen (UCPH), from Ukraine \u2013 Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (TSNUK).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laura Riuttanen (UH) shared own experiences and skills from the 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 2<sup>nd<\/sup>, 3<sup>rd<\/sup> and 4<sup>th<\/sup> VE Weeks (October 2024, May 2025, October 2025, and February 2026, respectively). The role of hosts includes the welcoming attitude to everyone participating in the VE Week, creating for all the engaging and caring atmosphere, taking care of the flow, and always to be open and do it in own personal way. As the VE Week continues during 5 days, on a day-by-day basis, the role of the hosts is \u2013 welcoming, introducing themselves, introducing speakers (lecturers and demonstrators of tools for climate related data visualization and analysis), keeping time, hosting questions and answers, introducing break-out rooms, leading wrap-up (presentations and discussions of the Climate Horizons exercises), introducing the feedback forms, aspects of practical organization, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is planned that the hosts of the 5<sup>th<\/sup> VE Week will be: Anton Syvenko (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, TSNUK, Ukraine) and Rima Sargsyan (Yerevan State University, YSU, Armenia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are interested in further details of the CLUVEX project, please, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atm.helsinki.fi\/cluvex\/?page_id=45\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contact the CLUVEX team members<\/a>.&nbsp;<br>If you are interested to participate the project, please leave your own contact information <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atm.helsinki.fi\/cluvex\/?page_id=668\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a> and we will get back to you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The online training for hosts for the 5th Virtual Exchange (VE) Week for students (20-24 April 2026) took place on 10 April 2026.
