It is located at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsinki.fi\/en\/inar-institute-for-atmospheric-and-earth-system-research\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Institute for Atmospheric and Earth System Research<\/a>, University of Helsinki, in Helsinki, Finland. The Centre is lead by Academician Markku Kulmala and secretary of the IEAS Europe Academy is Dr. Irina Bashmakova. The Centre has 65&nbsp;nominated Academicians and has organized several events, such as Sofia Earth Forum, in collaboration with the PEEX Program.
