The Interreg Baltic Sea Region 2021-2027 Programme (see\/ download summary<\/a>) offers \u201cfunding to public and private players around the Baltic Sea who want to shape the region with their smart ideas\u201d. The programme has four Priorities: (1) Innovative societies, (2) Water-smart societies, (3) Climate-neutral societies, and (4) Cooperation governance.<\/p>\n

Small steps for a big change.
\n<\/strong>Small projects focus<\/strong>: easier access, building trust, keeping networks, staying closer to citizens, responding to unpredictable challenges (duration \u2013 up to 24 months, with up to 500 KEuros budget).<\/p>\n

Timeline in 2022:
\n<\/strong>8 Feb – official launch of the Call
\n9 Mar – deadline for submitting Project Idea Forms
\n16 Mar – deadline for consultations & deadline for requesting access to BAMOS+
\n30 Mar – deadline for submitting applications<\/p>\n

Summer\/Autumn – selection of applications by the Monitoring Committee.

Core changes for the Interreg Baltic Sea Region.
\n<\/strong>Core projects focus<\/strong>: practical and durable outputs, solutions to challenges, focus on piloting, at the core of the Programme (duration \u2013 up to 36 months, with no limitation (proportionate to activities) for budget).<\/p>\n
