The University of Helsinki hosted a joint meeting of the Erasmus+ projects \u2013 ClimEd (http:\/\/climed.network<\/a>) and CLUVEX (https:\/\/www.atm.helsinki.fi\/cluvex<\/a>) during 26-28 June 2024 in Helsinki, Finland. Colleagues from Ukraine – Odesa Mechnikov National University (formerly the Odessa State Environmental University, OSENU), Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, and Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University \u2013 participated in the meeting onsite and online.<\/p>\n

On 26th June, during the \u201cCLUVEX Day\u201d, the project overview and status; presentations about – program of the 1st Virtual Exchange (VE) Week for students (14-18 Oct 2024); unexpected situations during the VE Week; \u201cClimate Horizon\u201d Group Exercise; how to advertise the VE Week for students; using DigiCampus educational platform for moderators and for students; future outlook with strategy for recruiting and training of moderators in 2024-2025 and with strategy for organizing additional 4 VE Weeks for students and recruiting them; Climate University and courses (https:\/\/climateuniversity.fi<\/a>) \u2013 were delivered and discussed following Ukraine partners’ reflections.<\/p>\n

On 27th June, during the \u201cClimEd Day\u201d, participants discussed and agreed on the list of courses to be developed, their methodological support and distribution across ClimEd members and on schedule for remaining project deliverables. After welcome words and agenda introduction, the overview of project status for mid-term reporting took place, followed by reporting on work packages (WP), scheduling project meetings until the end of the project, WP leadership, staff involvement, project website hosting, ClimEd Research-and-Education Platform, sustainability of Moodle used for ClimEd trainings, Involvement and role of the two partner Ministries and associated partners and extension of the project duration. The 5th ClimEd training (scheduled for 30 Sep \u2013 4 Oct 2024 and hosted by EULS team) was also discussed. The ClimEd Confluence site for internal collaboration was also introduced.
\nOn 28th June, during joint \u201cClimEd\/CLUVEX Day\u201d, a series of work meetings \/ joint discussions took place.<\/p>\n
