The topic of the course is to study how soil conditions, such as water availability, affect ecosystem\u2013atmosphere interactions. During the course we will analyse data from both agricultural and forest sites. The course is implemented by working in small groups using programming tools (Matlab, Python, R) for statistical analyses and data visualization.
