The training is open to students, recent graduates and other young people from\u00a0<strong>any field of study<\/strong>\u00a0who could benefit from the opportunity to develop their workplace skills.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants will develop practical\u00a0<strong>soft, digital, green, artificial intelligence (AI), sustainability and general workplace skills<\/strong>\u00a0through an English-language online training programme consisting of three one-week modules in autumn 2026. Participants, who successfully completed 3 educational Modules, will receive a certificate and earn 3 ECTS credits in total.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Autumn 2026 online educational Modules:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Soft Skills and Competences:<\/strong>\u00a012\u201316 October 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Digital and Green Skills:<\/strong>\u00a02\u20136 November 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Practical AI Skills for Smart Internships:<\/strong>\u00a023\u201327 November 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who can apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Young people aged 18 to 25,<\/li>\n<li>Young people with little or no work experience,<\/li>\n<li>Young people with English language skills,<\/li>\n<li>Young people living in Latvia, Estonia, and Finland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/centralbaltic.eu\/project-news\/free-training-opportunity-for-100-young-people-to-build-in-demand-skills\/\">More information and the application form can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application deadline<\/strong>\u00a0is 30 September 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The REOPEN training programme is organised in cooperation with the University of Latvia, University of Helsinki, Estonian Business School and the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and it is funded by the EU through the Interreg Central Baltic programme.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Text by: Hanna K.
