During the first monthly e-meeting we discussed general aspects of UnaVEx project like the virtual exchange concept, the main goal of educate 2 500 students during three years coming half from European universities and half from African universities, or the ways of make UnaVEx project attractive for students and for facilitators. Also we fixed the date for the kick-off meeting at Johannesburg (17 — 19 April), and tools for a better flow of internal communication within partners and working groups.
