On May 8th, a feedback and info session was held online following the first iteration of UnaVEx, bringing together 17 participants including moderators, students, and UnaVEx staff. The session thanked everyone involved, gathered valuable insights, and build momentum for future editions of the virtual exchange. Participants shared reflections on the experience, focusing on key aspects such as the format, content, breakout room dynamics, cohesion between the different items covered and activities realised and the overall structure of both the training and the virtual exchange programme.
The conversation led to constructive suggestions for improvement, while several “must-keep” elements were also identified to preserve the unique value of the initiative. Particularly inspiring were the testimonies from both students and moderators, highlighting the impact of the exchange on personal and academic growth – reinforcing ties between universities and student focusing on sustainability throughout the world. We warmly thank all participants for their engagement and thoughtful contributions — the feedback will help shaping and strengthening the next iterations of UnaVEx.
