The TR3 session for UnaVEX moderators focused on some practicalities and the identity of the moderator in this exchange. A short presentation was given about how to use Zoom, how to make sure there are some ground rules decided within the group, and what to do when students are absent or inactive. After this presentation, an interactive session was given on the values of UnaVEx and the identity of the moderator. Moderators were encouraged to explore their own motivations and need when it comes to UnaVEx and share these in small groups with other moderators. The session ended with some information about the groups and a Q&A session to make sure everything was clear for the moderators. There were 34 participants attending this session.
