Are you passionate about fostering international connections<\/strong> between Europe and Africa <\/strong>and facilitating meaningful discussions? Are you eager to take on a leadership role in sustainability within a dynamic online community<\/strong>? If so, join our team of moderators for the UnaVEx virtual exchange!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a UnaVEx moderator you play a central role in creating an engaging environment<\/strong> for students worldwide<\/strong>. You host interactive Zoom sessions, facilitate interdisciplinary<\/strong> discussions in sustainability topics, and inspire active participation. You gain valuable skills in communication<\/strong> and leadership<\/strong> through comprehensive training. If you’re passionate about promoting collaboration, diversity, and sustainability, apply now<\/strong> to shape the future of virtual exchange and make a global impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a Moderator<\/strong> you will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Gain experience on remote facilitation and education<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Participate in Moderators\u2019 training @Digicampus online platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Facilitate active and fair discussion forums for all participants<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Learn about the Introduction to sustainability<\/em> MOOC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

The UnaVEx Virtual Exchange will take place in March 2026<\/strong> (Thu. 5 Mar., Thu. 12 Mar., Thu. 19 Mar., Tue. 24 Mar., Thu. 26 Mar.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The skills expected from the moderators are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
English proficiency<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Comfortable in leading group discussion and interacting online<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Open-minded and motivated about multicultural online exchange<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Interest in sustainability topics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
About the training.<\/strong> An introduction of the moderator role and training will be provided during a two-hour session on 9 February 2026<\/strong>. Two sessions (2h) of online training for moderators will be held on 11 February<\/strong> and 2 March 2026<\/strong>. The moderators who subscribe engage themselves to follow the online 3 ECTS MOOC Introduction to sustainability (https:\/\/courses.mooc.fi\/org\/uh-inar\/courses\/introduction-to-sustainability<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
