Co-operation between NWPI and INAR in hydrology

Summary

Partners agree to develop and do join research in hydrology, especially in the drainage basins of the Baltic Sea and the Beloe [White] Sea, and in mathematical modelling; and agree to develop and take part in joint environmental educational projects in hydrology.
