7th Digital Belt and Road Conference (DBAR 2023) will be held in Beijing, China from 4-6 September 2023.
The year of 2023 marks the 10th year for the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), and the mid-point of the implementation of 2030 Agenda. DBAR 2023 will therefore seek to vitalize new opportunities, interpret the challenges, and explore DBAR’s development for the future. We also invite you all to share your suggestions and ideas for innovative session and side events.
DBAR 2023 will focus on scientific and technological innovation to promote Belt and Road regional cooperation towards data sharing, sustainable development goals, in-depth discussions on topics such as carbon neutrality, energy conservation and emission reduction, urban living and environment, water resources security, and facilitate international cooperation to address global challenges restricting sustainable development in the Belt and Road region.
