The PEEX Program collaborators’ online meeting as seminar will take place on 11 April 2024 during the 3rd ACCC (The Atmosphere and Climate Competence Center; https://www.acccflagship.fi) Impact Week (8-12 Apr 2024, Sofia Cultural Center, Vuosaari, Helsinki, Finland; see detailed agenda at https://www.acccflagship.fi/index.php/3rd-accc-impact-week-2024).

The PEEX seminar aims are: (i) to introduce the research and educational activities at new PEEX partner universities, and (ii) to discuss future collaboration in a frame of climate change and air quality research.

The PEEX seminar will be opened with an introductory talk on Grand Challenges, and PEEX programme overview. It will be followed by a series of presentations from new partners (from Baltic, China, European, Jordan, Nordic countries, countries from Caucasus and Central Asia regions, and Ukraine) about general overview, research and educational activities. Then, several invited talks from already actively collaborating PEEX partners will be presented as well. All these will be followed by discussions on presentations, planning on next steps, and preparation of a joint proposal on the COST Action for PEEX collaboration.
