• The registration will be closed on 31 August 2017.

CONFERENCE FEES
Early bird (until 31 May 2017) - 260 US Dollars, for students - 150 USD, after 31 May 2017 - 300 USD (for students 170 USD). It includes e-proceedings, coffee, lunch, Welcome reception, and hotel-venue-hotel bus transfer. For accompanying person the fee will be 170 USD. 1-day-participation-fee 70 US.

VISA INVITATION LETTER & VISA APPLICATION IN LOCAL RUSSIAN EMBASSY

• 1st step:
  Please fill in the "Application for Visa Invitation letter" form at: http://www.eng.geogr.msu.ru/peex2017/registration/visa_new.php,
  the local host, Moscow State University, will send you the Invitation Letter by e-mail.
  In case of any problems in getting the Invitation letter please contact Sergey Chalov <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>
• 2nd step:
  After getting the Invitation letter you should contact your nearest Russian Embassy for obtaining the Visa to Russia. Check the instructions of the needed documentation from the Embassy. Note, that the Visa processing can take 2-3 weeks depending on the Embassy in your country.
