The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 5 November 2024. The CLUVEX Partners representatives (16 persons in total) attended the meeting. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in September 2024. The main focus of this monthly meeting is to evaluate and discuss outcomes (incl. pros and cons for students and for moderators) of the 1st Virtual Exchange (VE) Week for students which took place 14-18 October 2024. And as usually, it included also a brief reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions.
Short summary about CLUVEX 1st VE Week. More than 400 students registered on DigiCampus of Univ Helsinki, and more than 200 students actively participated in the whole week’s program. Ca. 250 Certificates were sent to moderators and students. The lessons-learnt from the VE Week included issues on attendance of students and moderators; developed materials such as lectures, tools for data analysis, individual and collaborative Climate Horizon exercises; usage of communication (Zoom), collaboration (Miro), and education (DigiCampus) platforms; as well as overall sumup and pending issues. So far, students (97 persons) and moderators (34) provided feedback about the 1st VE Week. The proposed dates for the 2nd VE Week for students are 12-16 May 2025.
Work on WPs is continued as planned. The mid-term reporting to EC (Dec 2024) is approaching, and necessary steps for collecting information will be taken.
