The CLUVEX monthly (February) online meeting

The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 18 February 2025. The CLUVEX Partners representatives (18 persons in total, including 2 members of the Student Advisory Board, SAB) attended the meeting. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in January 2025.

The Call-for-Moderators, opened on 16 January and to be closed by 15 March 2025, showed that 69 moderators registered to participate in the 2nd VE Week for students (12-16 May 2025, to be hosted by Univ Helsinki). The moderators will have 3 trainings online on 26 March, 9 and 30 April 2025: TR1 – General introduction e.g. materials at the DigiCampus, how-to-get-credits; TR2 – Climate Horizon exercise, Miro collaborative platform, testing Zoom-breakout-rooms; and TR3 – Moderators’ Q&A. In addition, the VE Week host training will take place on 28 April. The onsite Mid-Term meeting (2 days; in the 2nd part of May 2025) is planned to take place after receiving the results/ outcomes of the CLUVEX project evaluation by EU.  

Updates of materials and others for the 2nd VE Week included: better reflecting the “Climate Horizon” Exercise; BioArt tutorial; guidebooks on virtual exchanges, climate literacy, code of conduct, and other materials in the Digicampus area; programme of the 2nd VE Week; demos and tutorials for web-based tools for climate related data analysis; etc.

The work on peer-reviewed papers is in progress too.

As usually, it also included a brief reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions.

The next online monthly meeting is scheduled on 1 April 2025.
