The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 26 August 2025. The CLUVEX Partners representatives (18 persons in total, including 2 SAB member) attended the meeting. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in June 2025.
This meeting focused on ongoing preparations for the upcoming 3rd VE Week (6-10 October 2025). Actions by all the CLUVEX Partners are needed to recruit more moderators and invite more students to register and participate. The promotion/ dissemination of the next VE Week for students has been actively continued. The “Moderators-Get-Together” trainings will take place online 3 times in zoom in September 2025 (on 8th, 15th and 22nd) before the upcoming VE Week. The Climate Horizon exercise and programme were updated by 31 August. The CLUVEX project started to upscale the VE Week as a course. It is open to invite participants from outside the CLUVEX Partner universities, and in particular, via the GlobalCampus platform of the World Meteorological Organization. Moreover, work on the CLUVEX related peer-reviewed papers has been continued.
As usually, it also included a brief reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions.
The next online monthly meeting is scheduled on 16 September 2025.
