Welcome to the 3rd Virtual Exchange Week!
The event will take place online during 6-10 October 2025 (daily, 14-17 pm of Helsinki time, EEST). It is hosted by the Zoom of the University of Helsinki. The key hosts are Maher Sahyoun (University of Copenhagen, Denmark) and Yulian Braychevskyy (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine).

During the first day, on 6th October 2025, Monday after the Welcome words to participants, and short introductions into the CLUVEX project, a series of lectures will be delivered online. These lectures include:
- Towards Sustainable Future Utopia, by Antti Rajala, University of Helsinki (UH), Finland;
- Climate Change, Disasters, Carbon-neutrality and UN Sustainable Development Goals by Alexander Baklanov, Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen (UCPH), Denmark;
- Climate Change, Mitigation and Adaptation Strategies by Hasmik Movsesyan, Yerevan State University (YSU), Armenia; and
- Artistic Research and Critical Thinking at the Intersection of Art, Science and Society by Yvonne Billimore, Bioart Society, Finland.
After all lectures delivered, the Climate Horizon exercise will be introduced, and all online participants (students registered in the DigiCampus) of the 3rd VE Week will start working online in Zoom breakout-rooms (each such group will include 1 moderator and up to 10 students). At start in each group a round table introduction of participants will take place, followed by discussions on: what can we learn from each other? and initial steps in developing Personal/Individual and Collaborative/Joint Climate Horizon exercise, and practicing with the Miro-board tool.
