Mark your calendars! The CLUVEX 4th Virtual Exchange Week in February 2026

Mark your calendars! The 4th Virtual Exchange (VE) Week will run from February 23-27, 2026, daily starting at 14:00 pm (Helsinki time, UTC+3).

The Call-for-Moderators and the Call-for-Students to participate in the 4th VE Week will open soon.

The virtual exchange is a great opportunity to experiment interacting in an international environment – especially if you have considered applying for a traditional student exchange. Participating in the VE Week does not require an advanced knowledge base in natural sciences. More important is to be interested in climate change-related issues and workshopping in an international team. The VE Week is open to students of all fields coming from EU and EU Neighbourhood countries.

If you’re interested to act as a moderator in the 4th VE Week, you can register through the web-form here. (coming soon)

Note also: Students who participated in the 3rd VE Week (October 2025) can apply to be moderators during the 4th VE Week (February 2026). Moderators may earn 2 ECTS credits for their role.

If you’re interested to participate as a student in the 4th VE Week, you can register through the web-form here. (coming soon)
