The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 31 October 2025. The CLUVEX Partners representatives (15 persons including 1 SAB member) attended the meeting. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in September 2025.
This meeting focused on outcomes and summaries of the completed 3rd VE Week (6-10 October 2025). In brief, so far, the number of registered students in the DigiCampus for the 3rd VE Week was more than 330 persons, the number of students certificates – 170, the number of students’ submitted reports – 140, the number of students who got credits via Open University – 100; the number of moderators’ certificates – 33. Detailed information about the 3rd VE Week was disseminated (day by day) through the CLUVEX newsline, PEEX community, the CLUVEX Partners’ websites and other communication channels.
The promotion/ dissemination of the next the 4th VE Week for students (23-27 February 2026) has been started. The Call-for-Moderators and the Call-for-Students were opened on 27 October and 3 November 2025, respectively. Moderators will go through 3 online trainings to be organised in zoom – TR1: 10 Dec 2025 – Intro. to CLUVEX project, day-by-day programme, DigiCampus; TR2: 5 Feb 2026 – Intro. to Climate Horizon exercise, web-based tools for climate data analysis; and TR3: 11 Feb 2026 – Orientation for the 4th VE Week, questions/ answers – as well as by self-education/learning to learn about all necessary materials in the DigiCampus area for moderators. The training for hosts of the VE Week will take place on 29 Jan 2026.
The CLUVEX project continues to upscale the VE Week as a course by opening/ inviting participants from outside the CLUVEX Partner universities. Moreover, work on the CLUVEX related peer-reviewed papers has been continued.
As usually, it also included a brief reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions.
The next online monthly meeting is scheduled on 12 December 2025.
