The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 15 January 2026. The CLUVEX Partners representatives (17 persons) attended the meeting. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in December 2025.
This meeting focused on preparations for the 4th Virtual Exchange Week (VE Week) which will take place online during 23-27 February 2026. The 1st training for moderators took place online on 10 December (40 persons attended incl. 9 new moderators). Two more trainings will follow: on 5 and 11 February 2026. The training for hosts of the upcoming VE Week will take place on 29 Jan 2026. So far, 107 students pre-registered in the DigiCampus area for students, and the deadline is 15 February 2026. Announcements about the 4th VE Week for students will continue to be disseminated through the CLUVEX website newsline, the Partners’ websites, the PEEX, WMO Global Campus, and other institutional and collaborative networks and communication channels. The CLUVEX project continues to upscale the VE Week as a course by opening/ inviting participants from outside the CLUVEX Partner universities.
As usually, it also included a brief reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions. The Deliverable 4.2 on “Participation of CLUVEX partner universities’ students to VE & Climate University course” was prepared and submitted to EU. The Deliverable 5.2. on “Sustainability strategy” (to be reported to EU by March 2026) is in progress. Moreover, initial discussions for the 5th VE Week in April 2026 have been started; and work on the CLUVEX related peer-reviewed papers has been continued.
The next online monthly meeting is scheduled on 17 February 2026.
