Preparations are underway for the upcoming and final CLUVEX VE5 Virtual Exchange Week. We are inviting participants to mark the key dates in their calendars:
The call for moderators will officially open on 9 March 2026 and remain open until 27 March 2026. A dedicated moderator call will open on Monday, providing additional information for those interested in facilitating sessions.
Several moderators’ get-together meetings have also been scheduled to support preparation and coordination:
- TRI1: Monday, 30 March, 14:00–15:00 (Helsinki time)
- TRI2: Wednesday, 8 April, 14:00–15:00 (Helsinki time)
- TRI3: Monday, 13 April, 14:00–15:00 (Helsinki time)
In addition, the call for students will open on 16 March 2026 and close on 10 April 2026.
Organizers encourage interested moderators and students to take note of the deadlines and participate in what will be the final CLUVEX VE5 virtual exchange event. Further details will be shared through website and e-mailing lists.
