The CLUVEX Virtual Exchange Guidebook (VEG) as report was prepared as e-living document (with updates expected in Jun and Dec 2024) and submitted to EC. This document is a collaborative effort of all CLUVEX Partners and to be focused also on lessons learnt from virtual exchanges (VEs) in the project. The VEG will be publicly available at the CLUVEX website in due time.
The VEG content includes sections on importance and challenges of VEs in climate education and training; CLUVEX project as a reference for the lessons learnt on VEs; and planning and implementation of VEs. The later one describes key considerations for planning VEs; implementation plan and lessons learnt; organization of the work; education; students; moderators; technical e-setups; evaluation and assessment, studying and developing the VE concept; science communication and scaling up.
