The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 24 June 2024. All CLUVEX Partners representatives (10 persons in total) attended the meeting, including the members of the Student Advisory Board. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in May 2024. As usually, it included also reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions.
The CLUVEX deliverable, which includes two parts (PART I : Training programs and their on-line platforms (DigiCampus) – practical implementation – & PART II : Syllabi – Guidelines for Moderators, IT Staff and Administrators – theoretical approach -), has been finalized and submitted to EC as well as linked to the CLUVEX public website.
The useful and constructive feedback from the University of Copenhagen team has been presented and discussed. It was based on the first 3 trainings arranged during spring 2024 for the CLUVEX moderators. The next TR4 on CLUVEX handbooks & materials, and final TR5 – CLUVEX Group Exercise “Climate Utopia” will take place on 5th and 12th September, respectively.
The recruitment of new moderators, interested in participating in the VE Weeks for students, will be continued. Moreover, all CLUVEX Partners will actively advertise through their own networks the 1st VE Week for students (Oct 2024). Such advertisement will be also carried out through the CLUVEX’s Facebook, LinkedIN, etc. accounts as well as personal contacts.
The next online monthly meeting is scheduled on 26 August 2024.
