The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 1 April 2025. The CLUVEX Partners representatives (16 persons in total, including 2 members of the Student Advisory Board, SAB) attended the meeting. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in February 2025.
The Call-for-Moderators, opened on 16 January and closed by 15 March 2025, showed that 130 moderators registered for the 2nd VE Week for students (12-16 May 2025), including those who participated in the 1st VE Week (Oct 2024, hosted by Univ Helsinki, UH). The moderators had already the 1st online training on 26 March 2025, which attended 52 persons, including 12 new moderators. In total, moderators will have 3 trainings online – on 26 March, 9 and 30 April 2025. The Call-for-Students, opened on 18 February will be opened until 1st May 2025. The tutorial for hosts will take place on 28 Apr 2025 (led by Laura Riuttanen, UH). During the 2nd VE Week two persons, PhD students – Mykyta Rozvod (from Ukraine) and Julia Karhumaa (from Finland) – will act as the hosts. The CLUVEX Mid-Term hybrid meeting will take place on 22-23 May 2025 (Helsinki, Finland) and preparatory steps are ongoing. The work on peer-reviewed papers is in progress too.
As usually, it also included a brief reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions.
The next online monthly meeting is scheduled on 6 May 2025.
