The final check-up online meeting before the CLUVEX 2nd Virtual Exchange (VE) Week took place on 8 May 2025. The day-to-day schedule for 12-16 May and personal responsibilities were clarified at this meeting.
The key hosts of the VE Week are the Mykyta Rozvod (from Odessa National University, Ukraine) and Maher Sahyoun (from University of Copenhagen, Denmark). During such event, members of the University of Helsinki CLUVEX team will assist the key hosts with topics/issue of the Zoom communication platform, the DigiCampus educational platform, and the Miro-board collaborative platform.
These included: making of video-recordings for DigiCampus and CLUVEX Google Drive; creating of daily Polls as single question with multiple options for answers; checking daily conditions of zoom communication/ options/ tools; introducing of lecturers and web-based tools; providing of access to Chat and documents with questions-answers for the lecturers; providing of access to break-out rooms for groups and for the helpdesk-team; etc.
