CLUVEX: 2nd Training for Moderators-Get-Together for the 3rd VE Week

The 2nd training for moderators participating in the 3rd Virtual Exchange Week (VE Week; 6-10 October 2025) for students was carried out on 15 September 2025. In total,  37 participants attended online the training.

During this training, the following was presented: the “Climate Horizon” individual and collaborative exercises, web-based tools for climate related data visualization, analysis and interpretation, how to use Miro-board, examples of Miro-boards from the previous VE Week, division of students in groups, how to work in Zoom e.g. groups and break-out-rooms and testing. These were followed by questions from the participants and answers from the CLUVEX University Helsinki team members.

TR1 – 8 Sep 2025 – Intro. to CLUVEX project, day-by-day programme, DigiCampus

TR2 – 15 Sep 2025 – Intro. to Climate Horizon exercise, Miro-board, web-based tools for climate data analysis

TR3 – 22 Sep 2025 – Orientation for the 3rd VE Week, questions/ answers

Participating in training for moderators & acting as moderators during VE Week as you will:

  • get an internship certificate related to your studies;
  • get up to 3 ECTS credits, issues by the Open University at the University of Helsinki;
  • get a possibility to attend online the Climate University selected courses;
  • hone your online interaction, pedagogy and language skills in international environment;
  • increase your contacts with the CLUVEX network and universities.

The 3rd next training “Moderators-Get-Together” will take place online on 25 September 2025, at 14:30 pm of Helsinki time. The focus of the training is on orientation for the 3rd VE Week, questions/ answers.
