The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 16 September 2025. The CLUVEX Partners representatives (11 persons including 1 SAB member) attended the meeting. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in August 2025.

This meeting focused on ongoing preparations for the upcoming 3rd VE Week (6-10 October 2025). The promotion/ dissemination of the next VE Week for students has been actively continued (deadline for registration is 26 September). Two “Moderators-Get-Together” trainings took place online on 8th and 15th September. The 1st training attended 42 persons, including 13 new moderators. The 2nd training attended 37 persons. The last one training is scheduled on 22 September. The training for hosts of the VE Week will take place on 18 September. The CLUVEX project continued to upscale the VE Week as a course by opening/ inviting participants from outside the CLUVEX Partner universities. Moreover, work on the CLUVEX related peer-reviewed papers has been continued.
The information about the CLUVEX 3rd VE Week was announced on the WMO Global Campus by UCPH team. The Geography Faculty of TSNUK held an Information Day of the CLUVEX project of the Erasmus+ program. The CLUVEX project will be presented by the UHEL team at the Atmosphere and Climate Competence Centre (ACCC) – Finish Atmospheric Sciences Network (FASN) Annual Science Conference in November 2025 in Helsinki, Finland.
As usually, it also included a brief reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions.
The next online monthly meeting is scheduled on 31 October 2025.
