On 29 January 2026, an Information Day on Virtual Exchanges of the CLUVEX project of the European Erasmus+ programme was held. The event was organized by the CLUVEX project working group of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (TSNUK). The Information Day was attended by students and staff from Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Sumy State University, Mykhailo Kotsyubynskyi Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University, Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

The main purpose of the event was to disseminate information about the project and its main objectives, to familiarize participants with the concept of Virtual Exchange Weeks and climate speakers, as well as to highlight the main advantages and opportunities for students who join the virtual exchange. The project team was represented at the event by the project manager at TSNUK, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Geography, Prof. Olga SHEVCHENKO, Dean of the Faculty of Geography, Prof. Serhii ZAPOTOTSKYI, and Associate Professor of the Department of Economic and Social Geography Viktoriia ZAPOTOTSKA.
Special attention during the event was paid to the Fourth Virtual Exchange Week, which will take place soon – from 23 to 27 February 2026. The speakers introduced students to the Virtual Exchange Week programme, explained how to register to participate, how small group work will be organized, and what the Climate Horizon exercise is.
