The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 20 March 2026. The CLUVEX Partners representatives (16 persons) attended the meeting. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in February 2026.
This meeting summarised results of the 4th Virtual Exchange Week (VE Week) which took place online during 23-27 February 2026. A brief summary is the following: number of pre-registered students in DigiCampus is 427; confirmed moderators – 37; number of fully registered in DigiCampus both students and moderators – 269; students certificates downloaded – 98; moderators certificates sent – 30; students’ study reports submitted – 70; and moderators study reports submitted – 19. Note that reports have not been yet accessed and certificates have not been issued. The preparations for the 5th VE Week (20-24 April 2026) have started. The Call-for-Moderators was opened on 9 March (deadline is 27 March). The Call-for-Students was opened on 16 March (deadline is 10 April). The 3 online trainings for “Moderators-Get-Together” will take place on 30 March, 8 April, and 13 April. The training-for-hosts will take place on 10 April. New hosts for the last VE Week are Anton Syvenko (from TSNUK, Ukraine) and Rima Sargsyan (from YSU, Armenia). The programme for the 5th VE Week was finalised, and publicly available since 2 March as well as in the Calls for students and for moderators. Announcements about the 5th VE Week for students were actively disseminated through the CLUVEX website newsline, the Partners’ websites, the PEEX, WMO Global Campus, and other institutional and collaborative networks and communication channels. The CLUVEX project continues to upscale the VE Week as a course by opening/ inviting participants from outside the CLUVEX Partner universities.
As usually, it also included a brief reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions. The Deliverable 5.2 on “Sustainability strategy” (by March 2026) is in progress and finalization. The remaining deliverables – Deliverable 4.3 on “CLUVEX best VE practices” as well as the Deliverable 5.1 on “Dissemination strategy” – are in progress (with deadline by June 2026). Moreover, work on the CLUVEX related peer-reviewed papers has been continued. The CLUVEX project final e-meeting is planned for beginning of June 2026, and preparatory steps started with outlining programme including overview of the project and lessons learnt, project partners’ perspective and feedback, participants perspectives and moderators and students, etc. The CLUVEX project EU Officer will be invited as well as the final meeting is open to moderators and students of the 1st – 5th CLUVEX VE Weeks.
The next online monthly meeting is scheduled on 7 May 2026.
