The Deliverable 5.2 as report on “Sustainability Strategy” was completed.
Structurally, this report includes sections: (1) Introduction (overview of the CLUVEX project, purpose of the sustainability strategy, scope and objectives; (2) Strategic vision for sustainability; (3) Multiplication and scalability of project activities (integration into partner universities’ curricula, expansion to other institutions and networks, and strengthening institutional and international partnerships); (4) Sustainability of project activities; (5) Financial and partnership sustainability (financial and partnership sustainability); (6) Governance and policy sustainability (governance structure, policy and institutional integration); (7) Monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement; (8) Sustainability action plan; (9) Conclusion and long-term outlook; and Annex “Climate Horizon Group Exercise”.
