The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 7 May 2026. The CLUVEX Partners representatives (18 persons, including 1 SAB member) attended the meeting. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in March 2026.

This meeting summarised results of the 5th Virtual Exchange Week (VE Week) which took place online during 20-24 April 2026. The Call-for-Moderators was opened on 9 March (deadline is 27 March). The Call-for-Students was opened on 16 March (deadline is 10 April). The 3 online trainings for “Moderators-Get-Together” took take place on 30 March, 8 April, and 13 April. The training-for-hosts took place on 10 April. New hosts for the last VE Week were Anton Syvenko (from TSNUK, Ukraine) and Rima Sargsyan (from YSU, Armenia). The finalised programme for the 5th VE Week was finalised, and publicly available since 2 March. A brief summary of the completed last VE Wek is the following (status on 6th May 2026): pre-registered students: 598; confirmed moderators: 30; students and moderators on DigiCampus: 443; student certificates downloaded: 247; moderator certificates sent (active moderators total): 23; student study reports submitted: 93; moderator study reports submitted: 12. Note that reports have not been yet accessed (deadline is 10 May 2026) and ECTS credits have not been issued. The CLUVEX project continued to upscale the VE Week as a course by opening/ inviting participants from outside the CLUVEX Partner universities. Summaries of day-by-day work programme of this VE Week for students are also publicly disseminated in the CLUVEX newsline as well as disseminated through the PEEX Blog at: https://peexhq.home.blog/2026/04/27/sumup-of-the-5th-cluvex-ve-week.
As usually, it also included a brief reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions. The Deliverable 5.2 on “Sustainability strategy” was finalised and submitted to EU. The remaining deliverables – Deliverable 4.3 on “CLUVEX best VE practices” as well as the Deliverable 5.1 on “Dissemination strategy” – are in progress (with deadline by June 2026). Moreover, work on the CLUVEX related peer-reviewed papers has been continued. Initial steps took place on preparing contributions from WPs and Team/Partners Leaders to the final CLUVEX project reporting to EU.
The CLUVEX-e-Final-Meeting is scheduled online for 2 days – on 3rd & on 16th June 2026 – For CLUVEX Partners Only & Open for All, respectively. Preparatory steps started with outlining programme/ agenda including overview of the project and lessons learnt, project partners’ perspective and feedback, participants perspectives and moderators and students, etc. The CLUVEX project EU Officer, WMO representatives, relevant collaborators, will be invited as well as the final meeting is open to moderators and students, participants of the all CLUVEX VE Weeks.
