The EU web-portal was open on 1 July 2026 for the CLUVEX project final reporting to European Commission.
The reporting in web-portal includes reporting on: (1) CLUVEX project summary – Context and overall objectives, Work performed and main achievements, Results and impacts; (2) all completed Deliverables and Milestones; (3) all Events and Trainings (e.g., monthly online meetings of the CLUVEX Partners, mid-term and final meetings of the project, Virtual Exchange (VE) Weeks for students, and trainings for moderators as “Moderators-Get-Together” before each VE Week); (4) all Communication activities and Dissemination activities; (4) Critical Risks; (5) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); as well as financial reporting.
It also included reporting as a separate document (technical report, Part-B) about overview of the progress in the project (summary of work performed and achievements, results and impacts; consortium set-up; update on project teams, staff and experts; consortium management and decision-making; project management, quality assurance and monitoring and evaluation strategy; cost effectiveness and financial management; risk management; impact; communication, dissemination and visibility; sustainability and continuation’ and follow-up to EU recommendations) and work done in each WorkPackage (activities, resources, and timing – timetable).
