The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 29 April 2024. All CLUVEX Partners representatives (15 persons in total) attended the meeting, including the members of the Student Advisory Board. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in March 2024. As usually, it included also reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions.
The preparation of the Call-for-VEs for students is in progress, and pre-advertising will be arranged through the CLUVEX Partner Universities as well as other Universities in Armenia, Ukraine, Finland and Denmark. The first VE Week for students is planned in October 2024. A special online workshop – “Climate-Utopia” (past-present-future) – on preparation of the Group Exercise for VE Weeks to be arranged on 2 May 2024. The preparation of slides for lectures and tools as well as video-recordings is in progress. The work is ongoing on documents “Guidelines for Administrators, IT Staff, and Moderators” and “Introduction to the Exchange Guidebook for Climate / Earth System Sciences Education and Services Designers”.
During April 2024, a series of presentations about the CLUVEX project was delivered during EGU-2024 in Vienna, Austria; the 3rd ACCC Impact Week in Helsinki, Finland; and the Sustainability Science guest seminar in Helsinki, Finland.
The next online monthly meeting is scheduled on 28 May 2024.
