The second day of the CLUVEX project e-Final-Meeting (scheduled for 2 days – on 3rd & on 16th June 2026) took place online on 16th June. More than 70 persons attended the meeting: members of CLUVEX Partners/teams; members of the Student Advisory Board (SAB) – Mykyta Rozvod, ONU, Anastasiia Blaha, ONU, Ruben Häberli, UCPH, and Nare Darbinyan, YSU; Dr. Katja Lauri (member of the Expert Advisory Board, EAB); EU Project Officer for CLUVEX – Martina Filinich; CLUVEX Partner university representatives (pedagogy teachers) and participants from the VE Weeks – students, moderators and hosts.

The programme (from 13 until 17+ pm of Helsinki time) included a series of presentations divided into four sessions chaired by CLUVEX Partners from Finland, Armenia, Denmark and Ukraine. Following agenda of the meeting a series of presentations was delivered, including CLUVEX Partners/ teams and SAB members greetings to the participants. The CLUVEX Partners shared achieved results/ outcomes and lessons learnt from development and application of guidebooks and lectures, Climate Horizon exercise and Miro-boards, web-based tools for climate related data, moderators’ training and Virtual Exchange (VE) Weeks for students. Moreover, talks about the study points and cooperation between universities in recognition of study credits, and Climate University and perspectives on distance learning. Participants of the VE Weeks – students, moderators, and hosts – shared their personal valuable experiences during own short talks. See video-recording of the CLUVEX Final-e-Meeting.

The EU Project Officer for CLUVEX – Martina Filinich – has been happy about the positive experiences of students, moderators and hosts during VE Weeks, congratulated on implementation of the project and well-established collaboration between the Partners, warm wishes to Ukrainian colleagues, commented on very positive evaluation of mid-term reporting and wished good luck with preparation of the final reporting to EU.
The Expert Advisory Board member – Dr. Katja Lauri – commented that CLUVEX was truly successful project with truly uplifting experience, especially, from younger members/ participants of VE Weeks. She congratulated the coordinator and the CLUVEX Partners for wonderful collaboration, Climate University for providing platform for internationalisation of online education, CLUVEX project for providing access to VE weeks materials, all participants of VE Weeks – moderators, hosts, and especially all students the Climate Messengers.

All CLUVEX Partners are focused now on preparations to the final reporting to EU.
