The CLUVEX project monthly online meeting took place on 17 February 2026. The CLUVEX Partners representatives (15 persons, including SAB member) attended the meeting. This meeting followed up the outcomes of the previous monthly meeting in January 2026.
This meeting focused on preparations for the 4th Virtual Exchange Week (VE Week) which will take place online during 23-27 February 2026. The 1st training for moderators took place online on 10 December (40 persons attended incl. 9 new moderators), the 2nd training – on 5 February 2026 (38 persons attended), and the 3rd training – on 11 February 2026 (20 persons attended). In total, 36 moderators confirmed their participation in the upcoming VE Week The training for hosts of the upcoming VE Week took place on 29 January 2026. In total, 470 students pre-registered, and about 242 students confirmed their participation in the DigiCampus area for students, and the deadline passed on is 15 February 2026. Announcements about the 4th VE Week for students were actively disseminated through the CLUVEX website newsline, the Partners’ websites, the PEEX, WMO Global Campus, and other institutional and collaborative networks and communication channels. The CLUVEX project continues to upscale the VE Week as a course by opening/ inviting participants from outside the CLUVEX Partner universities.
The CLUVEX Partners, the Yerevan State University (YSU) announced on national level the Call-for-Students, and the University of Copenhagen (UCPH) announced on international level through the WMO Global Campus. The CLUVEX project and VE Weeks for students were presented and promoted by the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (TSNUK) on the Information Day of Virtual Exchanges, and by the University of Helsinki (UH) on Erasmus+ EMPOANDES project kick-off-meeting.
As usually, it also included a brief reporting by WP leaders about project activities, tasks, deliverables and milestones, followed by questions, remarks and discussions. The Deliverable 5.2. on “Sustainability strategy” (to be reported to EU by March 2026) is in progress. Moreover, initial discussions for the 5th VE Week in April 2026 have been started; and work on the CLUVEX related peer-reviewed papers has been continued.
The next online monthly meeting is scheduled on 20 March 2026.
